Can I Join 2i Portage Without a Mission?
Yes!
If you don’t yet have a mission to invoice but want to anticipate your onboarding, you can join us by signing the EOR agreement.
This is the first step in joining us (free and without commitment) and comes before your employment contract is issued.

I am a foreign national — am I eligible for the French EOR complete solution?
According to French labor law:
- If you are a citizen of the European Union, you can work in France and therefore join the French EOR complete solution.
We take care of all administrative procedures, and you can get started within 24 hours! - If you are a non‑EU national residing in France, we handle all administrative formalities, and you can get started within 48 hours.
- If you are a non‑EU national residing outside France, you must first obtain a Visa and a residence permit via the France‑Visas website (your advisor will support you throughout the process).
Once these documents are approved, we take care of everything — and you can get started within 48 hours!
