A Three Party Relationship

The French Labour Code defines the French EOR complete solution as a tripartite relationship in which an independent consultant, enjoying the status of “salaried consultant”, delivers an intellectual service on behalf of a client company.

The three parties involved in this relationship are:

The “salaried” consultant: an expert in their field who carries out a mission for the client.
The client: looking to meet a specific need. The client can be a company, a public administration, a local authority or an association.

Although the consultant has employee status, they operate as a service provider for their own client. They remain fully autonomous and negotiate the terms of their assignment freely: objectives, duration, pricing, etc.
